Sent the application through their website. Got first interview in Singapore where I met with 2 panels of 2 traders each (1st panel: coal and derivatives, 2nd panel: Iron ore and Oil). 1st panel was probably junior traders, trying to be tough by looking very serious and locking eye sight. Second panel senior traders, friendlier but with tougher questions and whenever they feel you give a general answer they dig deep to see if you really understand what you just said.
Waiting to see if passed or not first phase.
