1st round-virtual zoom call. 2nd round- HR asked to come to office. Dress code purely formal. No questions on skillsets purely non technical questions. Emphasis is on dress code rather than skill sets. 3rd Round- An IT head came to take interview.Again purely mgmt questions nothing else. The first round guy then comes back and says the feedback is positive and you have to come down to office again next week to meet a visitor from abroad. Also asks whether you can do ppts and commutation feasibility. The next week HR says your candidature has been put on hold. Reasons unmentioned. If you want to be choosy with candidates please dont call them to office and waste their entire day time.overall very bad interview process.
