The interview process includes three rounds covering an introduction about yourself, role specific questions, stress management scenarios, a business case study analysis, and guesstimates to assess analytical and problem-solving skills also about incoterms and shipping terminologies, commodity prices etc

- two rounds
- Each two interviews, the first was two interviews with managers and the second was two interviews with directors
- Both rounds were similar questions, the second was more technical on oil and gas trading
Leans more towards technical than behavioral. There were three rounds, including a screening call with HR. The other two were with people across the organization in the office I applied for. The last round was a presentation, with a Q&A from the team.
