Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trane Technologies in Oct 2023
Interview
2 rounds of interviews, first was just a phone call with the HR rep. Next is an interview with a group and you give a presentation about a project or internship you did. The actual interview portion was mainly "tell me about a time" questions. Pretty chill, no technical questions. Prepare answers about projects you did, things that went wrong, what you learned.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when things didn't go as planned. How did you adapt and what was the result?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trane Technologies (Davidson, NC) in Jul 2019
Interview
Very engaging, lots of competition. Lots of questions are STAR formatted. Might ask technical questions if applying for a technical position. Took about an hour to complete. 2-3 interviewers, 2 interviews.
