STAR Interview Format was used. The Recruiter did inform me of this the evening prior to the interview.
I interviewed with a panel of 5 employees. Tour of the facility was provided prior to the interview.

Per the STAR Interview method, questions were asked where I had to provide examples or scenario that I was familiar with, while also explaining how I handled specific situation and the outcome. Some of the answers led to further questions.
I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. This was followed by 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. Lastly, I had a formal panel interview with a group of people. The interview format was STAR.
