I had about 4 interviews with the company. First with HR to screen myself, then went on to interview with various managers and directors to see where I best fit.
All interviewers were very professional and pretty laid back. They asked technical questions as well as situational questions.
I have questions about your past work experience and how you behave. How do you handle situations? How did you handle difficult customers? I was interviewed for one hour by three people.

S.T.A.R.S. appoach. (Situation.Task, Action, Results. All are pretty much behavioral based. Usually takes about 2.5 hrs. depending on questions. First, you have a phone interview, then if you are selected, then they will bring you in for in person interview usually with a panel of people from the group you will be in.
