Phone interview, then video interview with two directors of engineering. Relatively simple and easy. No technical questions, lots of STAR based questions. Final interview was 90 minutes in length while phone interview was about 10

30 min phone interview with HR, 45 min interview with team lead, then on site interview (apx. 5.5 hr long) that was an intro to Trane's history & tour of building, 90 min STAR interview with panel of 3, tour of plant, lunch with engineering managers, and then final wrap-up.

Strung along and difficult. 5 phone calls and 3 recruiters, 1 site interview. Had to reapply for some reason since the first recruiter had registered my info for a different role? 3 months later received an email the position was closed.
