First interview was a phone call screening with an internal recruiter. Very minimal technical questions. Second interview was a zoom call with the direct manager and a senior engineer. Was more focused on tech background and some basic questions about programming. They advised me with some tips for the next interview, and said to get something ready to show off. About two and a half weeks later I got an email to set up for the in person interview, but by this point I'd already accepted a job elsewhere. Kind of a shame, because I did think I would enjoy working at Trane.
