General questions abt experience, motivation. Language skills are important, basically the most important component of this role. They will teach you the necessary IT competencies. I got another job offer, therefore I declined the possibility, but I bet it is a nice start for fresh-graduates.

A casual phone interview to test your English skills as well as your phone manners. There was nothing to complain about since simply it's the later stages (memorizing certain lists) that decide if you get hired or not
