I was contacted by the HR rep on linked in and had a phone interview in which she asked basic questions. Had a very relaxed positive conversation. Afterward she said she would be passing my info to the hiring staff. In emailing back and forth it felt like the HR rep wasn't always on point with communication and scheduling but I was able to interview. The interview was very straight forward although I wasn't asked any specific technical questions. But questions about work situations and how did I best handle them. I thought the interview went well it felt very positive however after that I was completely ghosted by the HR rep. Never heard if they had choose another option or what. Reached back out on linked in 3 times. Very unprofessional to not at least inform a candidate that they have moved on. But also not sure if the HR rep was just making a mistake and not replying. Not cool.
