Interview
Very Easy, Short & To the Point. They show you a presentation on how you're compensated and summarizes the company and position as a whole. They call you and ask you to schedule an interview. Once you schedule it it's more of an informational interview than anything else. If they like you they will ask you to come to a presentation that include clients and potential hires.
Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn and we set up an interview with no application process. One of these commission-based, no-experience-required things. That guy and his mentor talked to me for an hour with a whole presentation, and it ended with an offer to become one of their clients if not an advisor.
Very calm, and easy. They just want to get to know you at first. It isn’t as much as an interview as it is a conversation to see if that want to take the next step

Question 1
Tell me about your background and why you chose to apply to Transamerica
Get an insight of the business, learn about the structure, and compensation potential. It may be for some people but I’m still deciding if it’s for me. It was very reminiscent to a mlm structure so that kind of made me second guess if it was something I wanted to do but it may be for someone.
