one on one, interview with a in house sale executive. That provided an overall view of the company and that it was 100% commison, No Base Salary. Which is not what I was looking for yet was offered a position with the company.

4 step interview process over 2 months. Also had the recruiter quit mid-way through and I had to ask to find out what happened. New recruiter never proactively reached out once. On top of that had 4 rounds of interviews where the same types of questions asked. Redundant time suck. Stay far away!
