Interview
Female appointment setter called to ask to set up interview for company. I stated that I did not want any sale or commission work and lady stated that this was not the type of work that was sales or commission only that you had a base salary to start at the company. This was a lie because after speaking with someone who use to work there and I called her to cancel and left a message. She phoned back the next day and said I did not leave a message and I told her directly that I did not want any sales or commission work only salary jobs with medical, dental, etc.

Have you ever done any sales or commission work before?
Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn and we set up an interview with no application process. One of these commission-based, no-experience-required things. That guy and his mentor talked to me for an hour with a whole presentation, and it ended with an offer to become one of their clients if not an advisor.
Very calm, and easy. They just want to get to know you at first. It isn’t as much as an interview as it is a conversation to see if that want to take the next step

Tell me about your background and why you chose to apply to Transamerica
Get an insight of the business, learn about the structure, and compensation potential. It may be for some people but I’m still deciding if it’s for me. It was very reminiscent to a mlm structure so that kind of made me second guess if it was something I wanted to do but it may be for someone.
