I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Transamerica in Feb 2015
Interview
Talked to a couple of employees at a university career fair. I was scheduled for an on-campus interview the next day. I spoke with an employee, and the interview mostly covered my resume. After the interview (which lasted about 30-45 minutes), we parted ways and the representative told me she thought I'd be a good fit at Transamerica. As it turns out, I did not receive an offer. With that said, the experience was very positive.
I applied online. I interviewed at Transamerica in Mar 2021
Interview
The process is smooth that a recruiter reached out to me through email. Then we had a phone interview, and it seemed like a good conversation. It has been a week but I haven't heard back from the company. I assume I got a rejection.

Question 1
What can you contribute to the company?
Why are you interested in this internship opportunity?
Phone interview followed by interview with team members, pretty standard behavioral interview with no technical interview. Asked about your resume, examples of things on your resume and leadership principles. Really cool people but I think most of the people I interviewed with have left the company already.

Interview
Applied online and received an email from the HR for a behavioural interview. Later, got a technical interview. The interviewer was really amazing. Overall the interview was a bit difficult. The entire process took 3-4 weeks. The HR replied very quickly and responsded about the decision asap.
