Got a phone call to schedule a phone screening/phone interview. Got a call back a week later for an in person interview with the managers. When I arrived, I had an interview with the senior VP of the department and then two other IT managers (one of which was my future manager).

round was a 45-min 1 to 1 interview with a director from the technical team. I was asked some behavior questions such as how you show your creativity at work. Second is a phone interview about technical questions
