First round interview is mostly general questions from HR.
Second round is mostly behavioral questions from position Manager.
Third round is mostly behavioral questions from Team Lead.

Interview
I applied based on the job description and scheduled a call with the recruiter. Once the call began, the job described by the recruiter was wildly different from what was listed on the page. The listed salary was not what they included on the job description, and there were programs the recruiter said was essential to know that were listed nowhere on the job description. The recruiter also seemed exasperated whenever I asked them to clarify a misunderstanding. I was unsure if the recruiter was reading off the wrong job description, or the the description itself was inaccurate. I didn't proceed to the next step, not surprised, but the disorganization and attitude I experienced will keep me from applying to any other roles within this company.
