The process was fairly straightforward but kept being extended. There were multiple interviews, both virtual and in person, and multiple time consuming assessments. At the end of the process, I was completely ghosted, not even a rejection email. A lot of time and energy is invested to interview, and the company shouldn’t ghost final stage candidates.
