Initial screen with HR went well, teed up for video interview with supervisor. Clearly a long-time sales force with zero interest in anything other than bottom. I get it. That's the point of sales. The situations he posed were generally off the wall, and while I get curveballs, I spent too much time wondering just what he was trying to elicit rather than on an answer.

How and when do you get tech support involved in solving a client's issues?
Lengthy, strenous, and odd interview. It was highly psychological in nature, and it was clear the hiring exec was looking for a killer instinct rather than a professional salesperson. I did not get good vibes.
