Organized, fair and friendly folks. Overall good experience with recruiter assisting you through the process. The third round could be improved by having a panel type interview instead since I got feeling VP overlooked my strengths.

3 step interview process. 1st is screening with basic experience questions. 2nd is with director and present project manager with personality and detailed experience questions. Third is with VP with scenario questions like ‘what would you do if client was unsatisfied with project and or account you are responsible for?
