Very quick however management wasn’t trained in inside sales to know how to properly interview a sales professional or ask viable questions. Questions were literally being scripted and read verbatim like a robot and were two to three part questions. I had to first write down the question so that I covered all parts of it and answered it thoroughly. I believe they would do better hiring professional recruiters or experienced Hr to interview candidates. No rapport building at all and was very dry and negative feeling.
