Waste of time... After 3 rounds of interview hr discussion was done, that HR sent salary breakup too and said we will release an offer in the upcoming week. He was nice in negotiating But after waiting for a month at last simply they said we can't meet expectations so rejecting at the last moment when I was near to my last working day. It was like ordering something on an e-commerce site and rejecting it when it's in the door. Don't do this as an employer. It's really bad. By doing this you are also making candidates the same. Don't waste candidates'time. It was a very bad experience. For candidates who are reviewing this section please don't trust this organisation anytime they may decline.
