Interview
I applied for a Project Manager role this company was advertising online. I was contacted about another role "Translation Project Manager" - which anyone within the industry should know this is an outdated job title. The company is called 'Translated' after all. Interviewers sounded bored and uninteresting. There was zero passion on the way this interview was conducted or towards the actual company/role/industry. The kind of questions asked were basic and right from the start I realized this was not a fit for me. The reasons why a company hires you shouldn't outweigh the reasons why you should want to work for a company. One of the interviewers asked me why I hadn't been able to find full time employment knowing that they were hiring for this role on a contract basis. Ironic. This was not mentioned on the job description.
