I applied online and the entire process took 45 days. 1. I applied with an online application and was contacted by the HR 20 days after. 2. I moved forward in the process and a technical round was scheduled in the upcoming week. 3. After a week or so they invited me for an on-site interview where I met the hiring manager and the team members. They had to reject me forcefully because their policy did not include sponsorship for F-1 students.
