Interview
The interview process was unclear. I was advised that there will be two levels of interview + a case study, after which a decision will be provided.
However, it seemed that there was lack of decision making and even though I passed all levels of interview and cleared the case study. I was still scheduled for more questions. In the end, I was just advised that they are interviewing more candidates.
Additionally, they also asked for references before extending an offer which was a no-go for me.
Interview over Zoom, basic get to know you questions. Told me a little bit about them. Asked me what type of software implementations I've done. was just a standard interview.

Had a initial phone call with HR. They asked about my background and past experiences but the questions were no open and broad it was hard to give a concrete answer.

This is the first interview o have had and felt like it was conducted for formality /for the records. The interviewer turned off their camera and was asking a bunch of questions . They never got back.
