Travelers Director interview questions

straight forward- described the position and its requirements along with staffing goals. Company culture beyond the office. Discussed locations across the country and how technology has improved work flow. Discussed previous experience.

The entire process was clearly communicated but the ending left a bitter taste. Interviewing is an investment from both sides. Going through 3 rounds totaling 6 interviews is not just an investment in the time spent in the interview but countless hours preparing for each. After the final round I was told the group was meeting early the following week to discuss applicants. One week later having no response I reached our to HR with no response. An additional week I sent another follow-up to HR and the message was returned, the individual appears to have left the company. Three weeks later I sent a direct message to the hiring manager and the next day received a generic "thanks but no thanks". After considerable investment in time and needing to follow-up multiple times one could hope for more than a generic message.
