I first applied online and received a call from a recruiter a few days later. The recruiter conducted a telephone interview essentially going over my resume, discussed the requirements of the position, and ask a few behavioral questions. I then received an e-mail with an appointment for testing set for two weeks later. The test lasted three hours and consisted of three sections mainly quantitative and verbal analysis. Received an e-mail stating that I passed the test and would be called within a few days for an interview. I didn't get a call for an interview until a month later! Finally I did the interview; it consisted of three 1:1 interviews consecutively. They were all standard behavioral based questions, albeit very long-winded questions. I was given no clear information on when to expect a response. After the two week mark, I called the hiring manager and was told I should receive a response in a few days from their HR. I never did. From my understanding, Travelers is notorious for not contacting their interviewees regardless of the outcome of the interview. Very unprofessional, but it seems to be becoming standard industry practice. Long story short, the interview process is entirely too involved.
