Talent acquisition folks are bit confusional. However the worst part, they are highly Ghost in nature, in short they'll hold your profile the moment they feel the budget is tighter and most likely they will keep calling/messaging in on timely basis so that you don't loose interest and once they find a cheaper resource, they'll dump you. It's because of these reasons they haven't grown much even after a decade as they don't bother about good resources.
