The interview consisted of 3 rounds. 1. written aptitude test 2. face to face technical and past experience 3.face to face with founder The questions in written round were easy (class 10 level) but tricky. I answered all of them correctly (I am sure) except for one because I hardly know tennis rules. They reject me after written round. As far as I know they did select people who scored less than me for the next round. I am pretty sure they rejected me because of my CGPA rather than my test performance. My advice to company: If you want to reject someone on basis of CGPA then do it before you call them to your office campus. And the way everything was organised/conducted was really below par. I heard good things about this company before and was ready to quit my job in my current fortune 500 company but the way these people disappointed me I am glad I got rejected. TL DR: Unorganized, Chaotic and below par management of recruiting process.
