The intent of a recruitment process is to evaluate a candidate’s fitment for a specific role. Based on this thought process, an evaluation process gets defined and implemented. As part of the recruitment process @ Tredence, we first evaluate a candidate in the puzzle round, where they are tested on their aptitude and if they clear the puzzle round, they move to the next round of evaluation.
