I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tredence (Bengaluru) in May 2014
Interview
Had 3 rounds of interviews.
First was an aptitude round. There were some pretty difficult puzzles, but I was able to solve most of them. When I was interviewed, the company was still pretty small, so I was detailed about the company's vision, values and objective. It was a great discussion.
Second round was a business problem/case study round. Was given some hypothetical scenarios and was asked business questions around them. Most of my answers were based on logic and past experience in analytics.
Last round was a meeting with a co-founder of the company. It was mix of stress test and a test for goodness of fit. I was able to crack through this round as well.

Most of the questions were generic, that any company with analytics requirement would ask. Apart from that, there were just a couple of difficult puzzles in the written test.
