The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. It was more like a discussion on how we fit for the role and how we fit for the company. All the people who interviewed were very friendly and professional. The Directors and senior Directors also are involved in the process, One would be astonished to see they come prepared for the interview by going through our resume.

First round was related to technical expertise and hold on different solutions
In the second round, the scenario was given of which the expectation was to address the problem and come up with a solution

Interview
Interviews were conducted by people about 5 years junior to me. Aced all rounds, as would be expected. However, it looked like I was overqualified for the role and my salary expectations obviously could not be met.
Candidates were treated well but I wasted 9 hours just to get through 2 rounds of interview (total 1 hour). Time management was a sure put off!
