First Round: Culture Fit interview with COO and another Developer Second Round: Take home assessment for web development skills. Took around 4-8 hours to complete task. Followed by a review of assessment with panel of developers

Interview
Emailed to setup a phone call. Once on the phone it was a very casual conversation. After the call I was told they would review with the team and get back to me. Took about two weeks to hear back. I was respectfully denied to move forward. Nice guy, seems like an awesome company. Will definitely apply again if the opportunity arises.
