Standard phone screening type of interview. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter via email to set up a 30 minute phone interview. On the day of the scheduled interview, I was contacted 10 minutes after the scheduled start via email stating the recruiter needed to re-schedule. On the day of the re-scheduled phone screening the recruiter was 10 minutes, late again. I do understand things come up, however it being twice in a row gave me the impression the company doesn't take its hiring process very seriously.
