There was a short initial phone screen, phone interview with manager, and then onsite interview with manager and other Trek management. Overall the process was very quick and responsive which is very nice to have when interviewing out of college.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Trek Bicycle in Apr 2014
Interview
I had to apply several times before getting a call back. Started with phone interview, then had 2 interviews on site. It seemed like over kill for a phone support position, but after being there it made more sense. I got to meet with a lot of people on the team and get a good understanding of the job. Pretty informal while there.
