Interview process was casual and seemed to go smooth. First I was contacted by phone for preliminary details. The second follow up interview came within 2 weeks. The 3rd and final interview took place a month after the 2nd interview(Red flags) The process in total was well over a month.
Like many others comments, I was ghosted by Trek and only heard back when I followed up. There is a clear lack of respect for applicants time through the interview process. It's especially disheartening for anyone who has made it to the 3rd round of interviews
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Trek Bicycle in Feb 2022
Interview
After an HR phone call, there was a video interview with the design managers. Following this, there was a long day of interviews (10:30am-5pm with a few breaks) with multiple different people/ departments over video call. I got the sense it was like an onsite interview sort of schedule, but virtually? The interviews went well, typical questions, but after that last interview I never heard back from the company until two and a half months later. The whole process from application to lack of offer was five and a half months. Very little communication between HR/ design teams and myself during these times (not for lack of trying).
