I applied on their website and got an email from a recruiter 3 months later by then I forgot I even applied. I ended up talking to the recruiter she seemed nice and told me she would be there every step of the way. After that she set up my interview with the hiring manager and I thought I did well. After 2 weeks I decided to reach out but she ghosted me with no updates whatsoever. It’s horrible because any feedback helps.
