HR- quick response time and gets you to the right hiring manager. A little conversation of experience and expectations and I was hired pretty quickly. Which is such a blessing, so many other company just strung out the process. Why? 3 interviews and hours long, Trelevate was quick and easy!

The basics and it was nice for a change… no personality test… why do companies do that?!
Basic phone call to confirm if you are interested, followed up by a quick video vetting to confirm your resume and background. Lastly a quick video interview with the local manager.
2 step process. Recruiting, then final before offer is made and then off to a background and drug test. Possibly 5 week ramp up period, and commission's were to be paid out the end of following month

Very thorough and explanatory. What was asked identified strengths that would be a good fit for the role. Very friendly and enthusiastic. I felt they explained the role well and what to expect. Great company!
