There were three interviews: HR, a technical one with two engineering managers, and a "final" one with their head of engineering. The questions were pretty standard, focusing on leadership and some technical aspects re. software architecture.

I wouldn't know the entire process, I just participated to the first interview. My experience was really bad. Leaving aside the fact that the Manager interviewing me said that "Project Management and Leadership are not something you will do here, you don't need those", while I was trying to answer one of her questions, she just got up and said "I have to answer the door" later coming back and saying that she got a delivery... In my humble oppinion she should have at least gave me the curtesy of finishing my phrase. All in all I felt disrespected so from that moment on I just answered politically to the questions.
