Tremend Software Consulting QA Engineering Manager interview questions

I have applied for Project Manager roles, I was selected for a QA Engineering Manager role, for which I haven't even applied. For the interview, I had to prepare a proposal in which I had to present a 5-year implementation plan which I have worked on for 5 full days. I do believe that I have prepared very good, very professional high-level documentation. I was interviewed by a Tester with no management knowledge whatsoever and someone from HR to whom I haven't spoken nor was informed that she would attend the interview. Both showed up late, with poor hygiene, poor dress code, and poor code of conduct. Before I even got to say anything I was instantly demoted 3 times, I quote "We're looking for a QA engineering manager, more like a QA Lead, something like a QA, but a Tester". I was constantly interrupted to tell definitions and tell them about my experience with execution and testing according to the terminology in the proposal. No questions about the strategy, statistics, or anything management-related. Only questions that shouldn't and would never be asked in a real-life scenario. Another thing that I found very unprofessional was the fact the Tester started asking me about the Google search results under my name. In the last half of an hour, both the tester and the HR rep rushed the interview that they had scheduled, because they had finished their shift. Forgot to ask for a handover for the presentation, I've sent the presentation via email hoping that someone relevant will review it. No chance of that. The final question was about my salary expectations to which I replied with the national average wage of an engineering manager. Their reaction was "How much?!!!" to which I've added, "Negotiable". Of course, I was rejected, was a joke of an interview for a joke of a company, with a joke of a an offer. Never applying to these guys ever again :).
