I submit my resume at university career fair in September. They contact me on October. First, it was a online codility test. I passed it. Then it is a onsite interview with two engineers and RD director. The experience was good. Still no idea about what requirement they need, my friend passed all the coding questions and on site coding but still got rejected. As a candidate, all we can do is keep practicing for the job.
