There will be an initial phone interview to get to know more about your past work assignments. You then get invited to an on-site interview but it will actually be a phone-based English grammar test in their office. If the team lead requesting for additional staff will be available on the same day, he/she will interview you. If you pass, you then get to be interviewed by the Manager and then be endorsed to the Director. If all goes well, you will get a job offer within 2 weeks.
