Take iq exam with limited time only once you pass proceed to tech exam wchich is tricky and more on logic question with programming question theres no time limit for this you should finish your exam as soon as possible because it takes youu long time to solve
Interview was very accomodating even if the applicants were not compatible with the qualifications posted on the job. What's best is that they'll refer to a different position (or better) depending on your current skills
