Interview
Interview was just a quick talk. Then got invited to a lunch where they explained the company and got former participants to explain their experience. From there was one of the lucky bunch that got selected to be apart of the program.
A phone interview and in person interview. Over the phone was quick easy and to the point. In person involved a group of people and was kinds of unorthodox however fun

Interview
Initial interview was with Chris over a Skype-like platform. It was about 30 min, mostly explaining what the job entailed and what they were looking for. At the end of the call he told me that they will only select 24 to join them, and then after 3 months only 5 would be hired on. So it was a temp position. He said to wait for an email invitation to their orientation where they would select the 24. I eventually got the invite and went to the orientation along with about 30 other people. They did presentations about the job and what it entailed; it was more in depth than the interview. We also got to see where we would be working which has a nice view. I was offered the position a couple days after the orientation but they could not work with my school schedule so the offer was rescinded.
