Interview
First they would give you an online exam. this exam has some qestions where you
would need to look at some code, and derive your answers from there.
(there is also another exam, but it is a personality quiz.)
There is a second technical interview. you would be given a problem which would
be answered on paper. you can answer this problem with pseudocode or by using a
programming language of your choice.
They would mail you a few days after for the third interview, which is more of a
background check than anything else.
