These guys are basically pretty sloppy on this front. What you'll get is standard stuff, nothing unique, but it will be based on the individual hiring manager as the HR isn't very good. The problem with Trend is there is no training of managers, no consistency for interviewing or managing for that matter. Even when you are a manager (I was), they basically don't give you any direction as to how to do your job at Trend (systems, policy, etc.) This is true for interview as well, so it makes it tricky in some aspects to say what you will get, but as noted in most difficult, remember that their criteria is based on an Asian founder and primary viewpoint, so that makes it a little different as it's a mix of western and Asian cultural aspects.
