Got an email to schedule an 15min HR screening and I sent back my availability. Got no response but thought maybe they will call at a random time. A week came to pass and no call. I followed up and got no response. Later, I followed up again and received a date and time. Said day comes and passes with, again, no phone call. I follow up and once again no response. I seriously wonder if anyone had made it past this point in the process. Maybe it’s a role they don’t intend to fill. If it is and employees are wondering what is taking so long, talk to your HR team. Makes me wonder if the team is understaffed and if that is prevalent across the company. Along with other issues.
