The interview process consisted of 4 stages with 1 recruiter call, 1 call with hiring manager and extended team, design exercise and 1 final call with hiring manager and extended team. I had a great experience from the very first recruiter call. I felt that the team really cared about me and my interests, not just my skills. The design exercise was optional for me, yet I chose to do it. It was simple and not related to company work. It was a great way to showcase my design process on a high-level. I received genuine feedback and already felt like I was part of the team because of how the hiring manager kindly explained the team culture, core values and work process. This was one of the best interview experiences I have ever had. Plus, I got the job!!!
