Online Test for coding skills. 30 min Face to face interview with an engineer - Basics on Linux commands, OOPS and networking. 4hr long interviews : Phone interview with both engineer and manager Face to face interview with manager Face to face interview with upper manager Face to face interview with HR Face to face interview with engineerss After keeping me waiting for one month, they informed me that they are looking for someone with 5 years of work experience. I really did not understand why did they waste my time even though they know that I did not have 5 years of experience.

Actually, the whole process is very nice. The interviewer did not push me and gave me directions when I could not find the suitable answers. They asked many technical questions and basic concepts that are not too hard but extend to test my skills depth. This is a very good company. But, unfortunately, I was not chosen by Trend Micro. It is an excellent place to work there, I believe.
