I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Trexquant Investment in Apr 2025
Interview
(tldr: bad CEO, avoid if you have self-respect) People in the company except the CEO are very nice. The HR is very nice and the researcher there is also very friendly and supportive as well, but the CEO is unimaginable. He is rude, impatient, unreasonable, and condescending. He is literally the most hated people you can imagine. Trust me, if you have any sense of self-respecting, you would not want to work for such a people. I feel bad for people for there, I can imagine they probably didn't work for companies with better culture, and I hope they can find a better place soon.
Plus, the interview processes are quite long. So think carefully before you commit your time to the interview -- it just not worth it. If you want to work for quant, always remember there are so many better places to go.
