Worst interview experience of my career. First stage was phone screen with recruiter. That part was fine. Typical phone screen. Second stage, video interview with the CEO. Why is the CEO directly hiring IC employees? That should have been a red flag right away. During the interview he was rude, arrogant, and aloof. Seemed to not want to be there. Didn't introduce himself, just launched straight into questions, mostly shallow resume review, and I sensed he wasn't actually paying attention to my answers. Terminated the interview precisely at 30 minutes, didn't offer me an opportunity to ask any questions, didn't even say goodbye or thanks. If this is how he treats people during the interview process I can't imagine working here! Good thing he didn't like me - would never want to work at his company.
